Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Sportingo and go to Profile.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Read what will be erased and tick "I understand my account cannot be recovered".
4. If your account has a mobile number, we send a code to it: enter it to confirm.
5. Tap Delete account. It happens straight away and cannot be undone.

If you have a paid session still to come, finish it or have it refunded first; the app tells you if this applies.

By email

If you cannot use the app, write to support@sportingo.in from the email linked to your account, or tell us the mobile number on it. We check that the request comes from you before we delete anything, and confirm by email when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account, your sign-ins (number, Google, Apple) and your profile photo.
• Any athlete you manage as a parent or guardian, with their details and photos.
• Your links with coaches or athletes, bookings and booking requests.
• Session timelines: notes, photos, voice notes and their text.
• Scores, reports, goals and report links.
• Ratings you wrote and ratings of your sessions.
• Your notifications, notification settings and the phones registered for them.

If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to remove Sportingo's access to your Apple ID.

What we keep

• Payment records, with no name, number or booking attached, for as long as Indian tax law requires.
• A record that a guardian consent notice was agreed to and when, with no name attached, as proof of consent.
